O pasmi
The Bulldog descends from dogs used in medieval England for bull-baiting, a cruel sport banned in 1835. After the ban, breeders gradually reshaped the dog into a calmer, more sociable companion, and it became a well-known national symbol in Britain.
Today's Bulldog is a home-loving, affectionate dog that enjoys short outings and long naps. It is usually good-natured with children and visitors. Owners need to watch its breathing, weight and temperature closely, and should choose breeders who select for more open nostrils and better breathing.
